These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of doremaids.com and the cleaning services provided by Dore Maids ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Parker, CO. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Dore Maids provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Parker, CO and surrounding areas. Service availability, scope, and pricing are subject to confirmation at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
2. Bookings & Scheduling
Quote requests submitted through our website are not confirmed bookings. We will contact you to confirm availability, scope, and pricing. Confirmed appointments require agreement on service details prior to the scheduled date.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods as discussed at booking.
5. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and submitting a quote request, you consent to receive SMS messages from Dore Maids regarding your quote, scheduling, and service updates. 6. Access to Property
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled date and time. If our team cannot access the property at the agreed time, a cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply.
7. Satisfaction & Complaints
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns.
8. Liability
Dore Maids carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, not to exceed the value of the cleaning service performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items of exceptional value not disclosed prior to service.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on doremaids.com, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Dore Maids. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Douglas County, Colorado.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
